Each participant will have a wide selection of wool to select from and will learn how to make small traditional wet-felted beads for use in jewelry or other decoration. Examples of finished beads will be shared to show a range of possibilities for further embellishment. No experience necessary.

Disconnect with the everyday and discover a mindful process through rock weaving. Unwind and create with a small smooth river rock, and selected threads to begin creating your rock weaving with guidance from the instructor. This process is calming and fun. Participants will leave with a purposeful artwork to enjoy. No experience necessary. All materials supplied.

Explore fun texture and color combinations by building a small ‘painting’ using wool roving and twine. You will use a small shadow box style frame to create your work. No experience necessary, all materials included in cost of class.

Using a simple dye transfer method, participants will transform a silk blank scarf into a one-of-kind work for decorative home use or as an artful scarf.
